1.Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4.Amendments: The institute reserves the right to make changes or amendments to the terms and conditions of admission at any time.
5.Contact Information: Students must inform the institute promptly about any changes in their contact details, including permanent, correspondence, or PG address, and email ID.
6.Document Submission: The institute may require the submission of certificates or documents before or at the time of admission, or subsequently, as deemed necessary.
7.Admission Conditions: Admission may be cancelled if the student fails to submit relevant documents or fulfill any conditions specified by the institute.
8.Additional Fees: The institute may charge fees for various facilities such as reappear exams, backlog submissions, etc., as decided from time to time.
Norms Regarding Refund & Cancellation Of Fees
1.Non-Refundable Registration/Examination Fees: Once paid, registration/examination fees are non-refundable.
2.Non-Appearance: Fees are not refundable if the candidate does not appear for the examination or selection process.
Refund of Multiple Payments: Any multiple payments made against a single registration/examination will be refunded within one month of the registration/examination for the specific course.
General Information
- The administration of DIPMS reserves the right to establish, modify, or eliminate rules and regulations related to its paramedical courses and training programs without prior notice.
- Tuition fees and course durations may be altered or extended by the administration for improvement or under necessary circumstances.
- The institute may cancel the conduct of any course if an adequate number of eligible students are not enrolled by the proposed last date of admissions, without refunding the cost of the prospectus.
- Regular attendance and adherence to institute rules are mandatory for all students, educators, and administrative staff.
- For any disputes, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
