Declaration

1. I certify that I have not been debarred from joining any educational institution or expelled from the last Institution/Board attended.
2. I affirm that all statements made in this application are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if any statement is found to be untrue, my admission to the Institution will be automatically cancelled without any refund.

Admission Criteria

1. I have thoroughly reviewed the admission criteria, eligibility conditions, and program requirements of the Institution. I confirm that I meet the minimum eligibility criteria and have received all necessary information. I understand that any incorrect or misleading information may result in the cancellation of my candidature, and I will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid to the Institution.

Educational Standards

1. I have ensured that I meet the minimum educational, physical, and medical standards required for the program. I agree that failure to meet these standards during the course may lead to my removal from the Institution.

Admission Conditions

1. I agree to abide by the admission conditions stated in the latest edition of the prospectus/syllabus provided by the Institution, including any modifications made by the authorities.

Rules and Regulations

1. I have read and understood the rules, regulations, and code of conduct of the Institution. I pledge to comply with existing and future regulations related to admission. I undertake not to engage in any activity, whether inside or outside the Institution, that disrupts its discipline.

Financial Obligations

1. I commit to paying all college, hostel, and other dues regularly if admitted.

Criminal Record

1. I declare that:
   • I have never been convicted of any criminal offense or released on bail related to a criminal case.
   • There are no pending cases of criminal offense or moral turpitude against me in any Court of law.
   • No complaint or F.I.R. has been filed against me by any School/Institution.
   • I have not been debarred from appearing in any examination by any Coordination Committee.
   • Admission is temporary and subject to confirmation by the concerned Institution. In all matters, the courts of Delhi will have jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

1. If at any stage it is found by the Institution or any authority that I am ineligible for admission/course, I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund of fees and I will not pursue any legal disputes.
2. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to any of the above declarations may result in legal action against me in accordance with applicable law.
